Discovery & Feasibility

We find the pain.We put a number on it.And we tell you straightwhether it can be built.

The starting point

Most AI conversations
stay abstract

Everyone agrees there is potential. Nobody can say what it is worth. Six months later nothing has been built.

The hard part was never running a workshop. The hard part is deciding what to build, on evidence rather than enthusiasm, before anyone commits a budget to it.

Question 01

What does this cost us today?

Not "significant potential" - a number, with the method next to it, that you can defend to your own CFO without us in the room.

Question 02

Can it be built, and what does it cost to run?

Everything is possible with AI. Very little of it is affordable at your volume. Knowing which is which before you commit a build budget is the difference between a product and a write-off.

Almost nobody answers either one properly.
That is the whole product.

The deliverable

One document,
written to be a decision

Not a report. Short enough that the person who has to decide reads all of it. Four things, stacked.

The workshop day

One day at your site

Roughly half the day is us listening. One hour is our point of view. The last two hours we build the shortlist together.

6-10Of your people
2Of us - one who runs it, one who builds
7.5h09:00 to 16:30, on site

How it works

Three weeks,
signature to document

Fixed dates, agreed before we start. Both meetings in the contract.

Week 1

Prep call

We agree who should be in the room, and send a short data request.

Week 2

The workshop day

A full day at your site. Two of us, 6-10 of your people.

Week 3

Our follow-up

We build the cost model, score the candidates and check what can be built.

End of week 3

Handover

We take you through the document in person, and answer for every number in it.

The handover meeting is booked before the workshop day, so it actually happens.

The price

From75,000DKK

Excluding VAT, including travel within Denmark

Scope
A starting price. What it depends on is the size of the operation and how complex the process is. We agree the final number before you sign, and it does not move after that.
The room
Up to 12 people on the day.
Payment
Half on signature, half at the handover.
Commitment
None beyond this. No obligation to build anything.
Ownership
The document, the candidates and the numbers are yours. We keep the right to learn from the engagement in anonymised form - the pattern, never your particulars.

After the handover

What happens afterwards

Three honest possibilities.

Possibility 01

You want more certainty first

If the data situation is unclear or our confidence in the numbers is low, we say so. There is a defined piece of work that closes the gap, and we run it with you, before anyone commits a build budget.

Possibility 02

You go ahead with the recommendation

We scope it and price it. It gets prototyped and tested with real users before it gets built out - we do not go from a document straight to a finished product, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to.

Possibility 03

You do nothing

The document is still yours, and the number in it does not go stale quickly. Plenty of good decisions look like this one.
